I propose that the Republic of Slovenia start collecting a voluntary "INSURANCE TAX / SOCIAL CONTRIBUTION" to help our country recover from the crisis and we would have more reliable, transparent and cheaper insurance for property, forests, crops, cars, health....... No limited liability company would be set up for this purpose........ An insurance policy would be made and paid into the UE. Those who were not insured would not be entitled to any assistance in the event of various disasters, floods ...... This would make the public administration more profitable, and as a result there would be no strikes. There would also be a need for various damage assessors.
