I propose that supplementary health insurance be paid directly into the health budget and not through insurance companies.
As a result, the payment for supplementary insurance could be lower or more money could flow into the health coffers at the same premium.
At the moment, half of the premium goes just for them to exist and share the salaries and profits, and the other half goes where it is supposed to go.
I do not understand why the state supports such exploitation of ordinary people and supports the exploitative business of insurance companies, whose primary purpose is not to help people, but to enrich themselves and make profits at the expense of ordinary people.
