I would suggest to the government, as a basic guideline for its action, to optimise existing issues (e.g.: taxes, allowances, internal regulation, compulsory insurance, etc.) (e.g. merging several agencies into one by optimising the organisation) or even to abolish some unnecessary ones (e.g. supplementary health insurance), instead of thinking of introducing new issues (new taxes, new agencies, new compulsory insurance for old age care and nursing care, etc...). I would suggest to the government the motto of its action: "Less is More". Given that the government is investing its effort, taxpayers' money and human resources in building, maintaining and moderating this portal, instead of investing this effort, money and resources in more serious matters (e.g. taking measures to limit the effects of the financial crisis and stimulate the economy), I also suggest to the government that it should close down this portal.
