I suggest to the government that if the law on property/real estate taxation is passed (which various governments have been "promising" for some time), to exempt from this law real estate where people permanently reside, or to tax this real estate at the lowest possible rate. Why? Because we the people - the residents - come first. Properties in which people permanently reside should be taxed at a lower rate than absolutely all other properties, including all those that are somehow supposed to be exempt from such taxation (agricultural buildings, religious buildings, cultural buildings and so on). In fact, all the properties in brackets should be taxed, only those that serve as permanent residences should be exempt.
