Given that they used to be able to retire at 55 with 35 years of service, and that the length of service has increased by about 20%, I suggest that the working time should be reduced from the current 40 hours a week to 30, or 32, with half an hour of snack time, because you can work 4 days of 8 hours each. This would allow additional people to be employed and relieve the pressure on people, because people would be sweatier and the work would be better distributed, as well as the money, which would be better spread among people. We could then employ an extra 20% of people, which means that we would have more jobs, because at the moment we have 10% unemployment. The people who would get jobs would no longer need to receive social assistance, and so the country would also save a huge amount. The minimum wage should remain roughly the same for all wage levels, a calculation would have to be made, but it should be pointed out that if anyone is going to have their wages cut, it is those on the higher wages who are proven not to deserve such a wage, because there is no proportionality between the efficiency of the work and the wage level. 2 people on minimum wage make more than 1 person on average wage.
