After seeing the programme on TV, I would propose either to legislate or to establish by regulation that lecturers, teachers, PhDs, etc., can and must work at least 8 hours at the workplace (staying longer if necessary) and that they can work in only one institution. In our case, after finishing their work ( at 12 noon or an hour later) they hurry to another hisa and work for a private person with great satisfaction. As has been seen, abroad they do not work only 6 or 7 hours a day as here, and the earnings are not astronomical compared with ours. And this is not written by jealousy but by reason. Because if someone works 8 hours with full consciousness, but, say, 7 hours of effective, responsible and demanding work, I do not think that he is capable of working one shift elsewhere. So, ladies and gentlemen, if you can never get enough, look around you and you will find that your working hours are a relic of the socialism you so gleefully spit on. From 7 to 1 you work only somewhere, nowhere, and in between you would have had a paid snack or lunch, why.
