I propose that the Council of State be abolished, because it has no real and important role to play in the country.
It serves only to benefit individuals and protect their immunity.
 
A concrete proposal: Give all owners of vehicles with the smallest capacity at the time of registration, i.e. up to 1350 cc, a discount of 13%, and transfer the difference for the expected increase in the road use charge from the abolition of the National Council.
 
Current situation: Some families struggle to afford a vehicle with an engine capacity of up to 1350cc, which they urgently need to transport their children to kindergartens, schools and work.
At the other extreme are the gentlemen in the Council of State, who replace luxury vehicles year after year, and whose maintenance and upkeep are paid for by the families in this case and by the rest of us taxpayers.
P.s. Do not forget to put the money from the increase in the price of motor vehicle registration into the reconstruction of our roads, because they are already falling apart in some places!
