As a disabled person in category 3, I receive €365 in disability benefits while waiting for a job. I have restrictions on lifting loads over 15 kg and work in a good climate without draughts. Only office work is suitable for me at the moment, which is quite the opposite of my education. Of course, I am willing to undertake further training. In the flood of titles, advance training without a guaranteed education is nonsense. This deprives me of my education, as I am no longer allowed to do my job. Employers, on the other hand, are avoiding people with disabilities in large numbers. I propose to the government: - employ able-bodied disabled people who receive disability benefits from the Social Insurance Fund - provide them with additional training at their own expense while they are at work, - To deduct from the Personal Income of the employed disabled person, in monthly instalments, all expenses incurred for his/her education, paid by the State. Encouraging the employment of people with disabilities through various actions such as employ me, incentives to employers and incentives on self-employment have not worked. Employers have been paid thousands of euros for two years and fired after the period was up. The self-employed quickly closed the business because self-employment was done out of desperation and without a strategy. By employing able-bodied people with disabilities, the government would have relieved itself considerably from the budget of the Social Insurance Institution. It is better to give a disabled person a net salary of EUR 700 for 180 hours a month than EUR 365 for sitting at home.
