I propose to the Government of the Republic of Slovenia to introduce an anti-crisis tax of 3% on all net wages, pensions, social transfers (benefits), income from copyright contracts, profits of legal and natural persons. The tax is paid on the amount of net income (e.g. 3% of an employee's net salary). The above is paid directly to the state budget and used for the normal functioning of the state. The tax remains in force until the UMAR establishes a certain level of economic growth. Why on net wages? Because it will not hit the pension and tax coffers. If we were to pay on gross wages, we would be reducing our expected future pension, and we would be making smaller contributions to the health and tax coffers, which would be felt the very next month. This should be done as early as possible and at the latest within 1 month. We have a bunch of planned measures, but in the end, everything always stops. So we are already at the hopeless stage?!
