Today, I was given a very nasty frown in a shop where I was going to buy several pieces of white goods, on instalments, of course. Frankly, I felt like the person with the least rights in this dear Slovenia of ours. When we started to discuss the terms, I was told quite simply that, as a sole trader, I have no right to instalment payments, precisely because I am a sole trader. I have no income in my account to show that this is my salary. I wonder who then pays my salary contributions every month and how I live. As a sole trader, I do not necessarily have to feed myself and pay other living expenses, I live on air. Do you think it is right that we S.P.'s are discriminated against like this. We are trying to earn this money to pay contributions to the state, at least somebody doesn't need it, and then we are so singled out, even by law. I think something should change here! Who is to say that an employee who starts to pay off the goods he buys in instalments will not be out of a job and out of a regular salary in 2 months' time. What do you think****?????
