1.) I have seen that some countries have tightened controls on tax evaders in a fairly simple and effective way. For example, in Italy, when a luxury car is purchased above a certain value, the tax inspectorate checks the origin of the money spent by a certain person on such a purchase and the "suspect" has to prove the origin of the money, otherwise he is taxed on his newly acquired assets. I suggest that we introduce a similar thing for all luxury goods in general, above a reasonable threshold, because in our case the state has to try to prove tax evasion, rather than the suspect trying to prove his innocence. Anyone who is not guilty and has earned money honestly will not suffer either. 2.) Focus the contributions we pay and use them exclusively for these purposes, because if it is passed from one treasury to another and from one holding to another, traceability is lost. The budget cannot determine, for example, the size of the pension fund, but it should be determined by the size of the contributions paid into the pension fund by all employees for the previous year, just as, for example, the road fund, which we pay for each year when we register. This will lead to greater timeliness and a better overview of where the money is actually going. Thank you for your attention, LP Rok
