I think it would be very fair that everyone building their first house should be exempt from paying for any utility connections. I am talking here about the EUR 5 000 and upwards that you have to pay if you want to have a house at all. Of course, you would be exempt from this payment up to a certain area of the house. You would also be exempt from any bureaucratic payments that are necessary to even start building your house. Of course, it would be necessary to obtain all the paperwork as usual, except that this paperwork would come first. But if the state refuses to waive the payment of these connections, it should allow the house builder to repay this amount for up to 10 years. It is a shame that we are financing the state by building the house, when you pay VAT on services and materials, and then have to pay it extra, which you have already paid and will pay anyway, as soon as you are the owner of the building in which you are going to live.
