I suggest that the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport should as soon as possible set up a single enrolment register (eVŠ) of persons who have applied for enrolment in higher education, post-secondary education and other study/school programmes, as on the basis of the enrolment, the enrolled person is entitled to certain rights, which are usually financed from public funds (Health Care Rights (health insurance by parents up to 26. age), subsidised meals (student vouchers), subsidised transport by public transport (bus, train), scholarships (state scholarship, Zoisova scholarship, personnel scholarship, etc.), family pensions, the possibility of doing temporary and temporary work through authorised organisations (student services), the possibility of subsidised accommodation (student hostels, subsidised accommodation in private homes), etc.
