I see an over-use of space cooling. Banks are leading the way. I walk from a hot street into a bank office (which I capitalise every year), all marble and brass, and the temperature is such that I need a jacket. The same happens in some shops and offices. I suggest that a temperature range be prescribed for rooms that are cooled, depending on the use. I think this is particularly important for rooms that are cooled on taxpayers' money. I would not emphasise the health aspect, but it is certainly important.
