I propose to the Government of the Republic of Slovenia to stop paying health insurance to those foreigners who have come to the Republic of Slovenia and have not worked here for a single day, have only a registered permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, and have not paid a single euro into the health insurance coffers (similar to what Spain has done). I also propose to the Government of the Republic of Slovenia to abolish all aid in our country to citizens of the Republic of Slovenia or foreigners residing in the Republic of Slovenia, who are only taking advantage of the (still) very favourable social policy in this country. Any payment of social assistance must be "covered" by taxes and contributions already paid, or the recipient must be indebted for the value of the assistance. The exception is, of course, all those who are unable to work for health reasons.
