I propose that the government introduce a "Financial Police" and give it full powers to prosecute tax evasion.
Equally, someone should have monthly oversight of employees' tax and contribution payments if they are not deducted by employers in the payroll. It might make sense to introduce the system we already knew (ex SDK). If the employer has not also remitted the taxes and contributions on the day the wages are paid, the wages have not been paid.
Clearly, there is neither the desire nor the will to restore order in this area. If employers do not pay contributions for health, pensions,... these coffers are consequently empty. When someone wants to retire, he often finds out that, unfortunately, he will not be able to do so because his employer has not paid his contributions.
