The current legislation is set up in such a way that if, for example, a teacher obtains a Master's degree or a PhD, his/her salary is increased by a certain percentage. I think this is absurd. If a job requires a level VII qualification and someone acquires more, that is their problem. Why should he get a higher salary, because the amount of work he does is still determined by the collective agreement and the regulations on the job classification, which means that this person is no longer working, not physically, not in terms of time and not intellectually, because the job is designed so that it can easily be done by someone with a level VII with sufficient expertise. Of course, there will be opponents of my proposal, so I will make the following point: the same organisation - that is to say, a school and a job such as that of a laboratory technician. The requirement is level 5, but if someone has level VII and does this job, they do not get this bonus, even if they are 2 levels above the required qualification. Different criteria and I suggest that all these allowances be abolished because they are just a waste of money for the country. LP
