I suggest that the government urgently introduce one standard work module for all employers, which can be downloaded from the internet, and if possible, a central record of all employees and employment contracts, so that anyone who wants to employ a worker has to fill in a form over the internet, which clearly says: -1 the employee's personal data -2 the working hours from to, and possible deviations -3 duration of employment "period, indefinite period, etc..., and number of hours per month". -4 how much he is paid in NET and GROSS HOURS, and how much overtime is paid "over 8 hours of work with 16 hours of feeling in between!!!!!!! Every hour before or after the 16 hours is counted as overtime!!!! 8+16=24h!!!!!! "at the moment, working hours are too much abused and not paid as overtime, so this should be clearly written everywhere and define what overtime is, roughly as I have written it! -4 whether he is entitled to recourse, and how much -5 how many working days of leave he is entitled to and how he can use it -6 whether or not he can terminate his contract at any time, what are the consequences, etc... -7 how much travel expenses he is paid for each working day!!!!!!!! -8 from when to when he has a snack, and how much is paid for the snack -9 whether he/she is entitled to breaks and incentives for the work done, what are the norms, and -10 job description and tasks It happens that the contract has large discrepancies with the actual job and the person does not even know what actual salary he will receive, because nowhere does it say how much he is paid for snacks, travel expenses and overtime, as if these are not due to him by law. It also does not say whether he is entitled to a recourse payment, and in what amount, and many other things that I have left out, so it is up to the government to work out exactly what a serious employment contract should contain, so that it is clear to everyone exactly what the person is signing, and in clear paragraphs the individual points, which are the same everywhere, only the conditions of employment vary, but all the required criteria must be written down in the points if the contract is to be valid!!!!
