There are many professions or activities that the state should have tackled, but has not. Let me give you the example of one transport operator, which is both a tourist operator and a public transport operator. The drivers have a working day that takes up between 10 and 14 hours of their time. For example, he has a 5 o'clock journey to Ljubljana, then he waits in Tržič for 1 hour, then he arrives in Ljubljana and waits for 2 hours, ... And all of this can take up to 10 hours of time. Technically, the driver has only worked 6 hours, so Saturday is compulsory, and Sunday can be as well. If you add tourism, he can work more. But everything is according to the Law and nothing can. And he only has a salary of between €600 and €700 a month. Their director has a company car, benefits, a big salary of several thousand €, all weekends off, and nobody can do anything. What am I trying to say? The State is funding the crooks and taking measures from the middle. The State is not listening and is taking the wrong measures. We want order and equality in the country. Abroad, a driver gets an allowance for working conditions, but here, everyone is working at the limit of their capacity. I propose that the working hours of drivers and all those small ones who are exploited should be regulated.
