For the second group, those who work 40 hours or more a week, the contributions for an "afternoon" s.p. are €29.33 for pension and invalidity insurance and €4.27 for health insurance. This adds up to €33.6 per month. Such a flat-rate is destimulating and unfair to individuals who fall into this category. Especially since the contributor has no knowledge of these contributions - he has no higher pension, they are not based on a maximum income and they create an additional unnecessary negative social transfer of EUR 400 per year. I therefore ask the government to consider abolishing this flat-rate, because, in addition to the discrimination already mentioned, it creates a disparity between those who can do 'afternoon' work through an author's contract and those who can only do it through a regular subcontract (which is taxed significantly more to incentivise regular employment).
