I propose a system that the suspect/injured person can be fined according to the amount of his salary and the percentage deducted from it, for example if this person has a salary of 2000€ he gets a fine of 30% of this 2000€ if someone has a salary of 600 or 700€ like every average Slovenian with less education, then 30% of his income could be eliminated. and painful situations for some citizens and probably also reduce other criminal activities because fines higher than the minimum Slovenian salary would be able to pull a person to the bad side of life whereas if we simply used this method a person with 2000€ would think about his offence the same way as a person with 600-700€ fine because in any case it doesn't come through nicely and high fines simply won't stop the accidents the crazy people will still be found or the fines will make them even more crazy in the end
