I propose to introduce the possibility to work at the workplace despite being on sick leave due to an injury. In addition, a person who has taken out daily injury compensation insurance should be compensated for the duration of the treatment. It now happens that someone is on sick leave, for example, for a sprained ankle and has a plaster cast, but is working in an office. If he wanted to go back to work, he could return to work with the approval of the attending doctor, and he would be paid the daily indemnity insurance for the duration of the period of sickness, not, as at present, when he is paid for the duration of the sickness. The compensation should be for pain, suffering, etc., not for time off work. This would result in less absenteeism and, consequently, more savings for companies, while at the same time the employee's wallet would not suffer as much. Sickness and visits to the doctor already result in higher costs, and when sick, the employee has even less money. Even if a worker comes to do a job and does only half of it, that is better than if he is absent and does not do it at all.
