Work and pay for work must be fair, we all know that, and we also know that some people make good money at the expense of workers and exploit them.We also know that many workers exploit their employers, as the old saying goes "you can't pay me as little as I work" is also true. Workers in our country and elsewhere should be taught that they can earn much more by working more efficiently and should be encouraged to do so.Without doubt, the state should encourage employers and workers to train in their professions, because only by doing so will we get more added work and therefore better pay.Our people should be made to understand from a young age that a good worker is only one who has the will to work efficiently, which requires a lot of learning and effort, in which case the employer will also have to pay him better, because he will be an invaluable asset for his knowledge. Our trade unionists must be told that they too must learn to find solutions, because it is not their job to incite unskilled workers. In conclusion, it will be necessary to radically change the way we think in order : - Parents must tell their children that any work is honourable as long as they do it honourably, and not tell them to learn so that they do not have to work and suffer as they do. - teachers must be taught how to teach our children how to think and not to deny them the will to learn at the beginning of their lives and thus the path to a better life and more knowledge, innovation, the ability to reason and independence, because that is the only way to improve one's status. - our politicians, instead of fighting for the electorate, should start thinking about how they are going to get these things done (and I do not mean to criticise anyone by saying this, but only to encourage)
