It proposes that a property valuation carried out some time ago should not be taken into account for property tax purposes, as it was carried out in a very unprofessional manner, with many (substantive) errors, by unqualified students, without a degree.
IF THIS VALUATION IS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT, IT SHOULD BE CORRECTED BY THOSE WHO MADE THE MISTAKES AND NOT BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS!!!
