I suggest that a real calculation of the value of the properties being sold, rented out, etc. be made, because I have noticed that in our country, ruins or properties that are in need of complete renovation are being sold at the price of a newly built property, and the owners are in no hurry and are waiting for their luck to run out, so that some sucker will just buy a property at that price, and they can build their home from scratch, and so have peace of mind before renovation....
 
 
It seems a pity to me that many people are left without a home of their own just because of inflated prices, and properties without inhabitants!
