Dear Sir or Madam,
I propose to introduce a limit for the issue of a category B driving licence based on the age of the driver and the power and weight of the vehicle. This is similar to what is already in place for category A.
What happens is that young and inexperienced drivers get behind the wheel of large and 'powerful' vehicles as soon as they pass their driving test, before they have gained the necessary experience in traffic, and cause accidents with the worst consequences in these 'tanks'.
It's not hard to press the accelerator, it's harder to stop...
