I propose that, by order of the court, financial penalties, especially those that would endanger the social security of the convict's family, be converted into prison sentences, and that these prison sentences of up to six months be "served" in the convict's free time (non-working days - Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, annual leave, etc.) This would not financially deprive the family, as the convict would regularly go to work and do other things that are related to the family and society. At the same time, it would be a better educational measure (especially for violators of road safety rules), as the period of observation would be longer, thus reducing the risk of recidivism to a greater extent. The space problem in prisons would be solved by releasing "model" convicts serving prison sentences to house arrest alongside non-prisoners, thus freeing up space. In any case, a better educational measure would be imprisonment, where the convicted person is also morally punished, since a fine is only a cost and has no other positive effect.
