Hello, I suggest you stop sending land tax by registered post for once, I really don't understand how you can be so rigid, if you can send income tax as ordinary mail I really don't understand why you can't do the same with this tax or later with the property tax. You are wasting taxpayers' money and our time when we queue up at the post office to sign a piece of paper for an ordinary bill.
