As shops still largely sell vegetables of non-Slovenian origin (mainly from Italy), I propose to start organic vegetable production on state farmland. Especially vegetables that last the longest (peas, kohlrabi, carrots, etc.). Leave the organisation to the municipalities where the land is located. The municipality should invite its residents who are out of work and those who want to (farmers with ploughs, harrows and sowers). The municipal supervisor should supervise the work and keep a record of the work done for each helper. At the end of the day, they should write down the work and the records briefly together and all sign. Any disputes over who is and who is not should be resolved appropriately on the sheet or by making up the hours on site. The products should be sold at a local stall in the town, under supervision and with municipal publicity to all citizens, and the proceeds distributed among all those who did the work: the workers, the farmers with the machines, the municipal supervisors and the municipal manager who invited the workers to this activity. We know that some of them have no land and so they go to the shop. Some people, especially in this time of year, do not have land and do not have work. This would enable these two groups to buy locally and also to have contact with the land, with the work on the land, which these people are less familiar with. Then they would see what they eat and what they buy. For the others, the matter is solved because they do not buy in shops because they have land. The days of the stall sale could also be announced to the local shops, so that the shops themselves would reduce certain quantities of vegetables.
