Hello I own an orchard and a yard about 180 km away. I would like to make a suggestion regarding border crossing for two owners without testing. The current order - return within 10 hours of crossing the border - is not appropriate for all two owners who are more than 60 km away from the property. If a two-owner is away from his property and needs to drive an hour or more to get there, he is in a difficult situation. For example, if he comes to an orchard and works there for 8 hours, he is no longer able to ensure a safe journey to his permanent residence. When you start spraying fruit, for example, it is not a job for a couple of hours' work, as it takes time to prepare, spray and clean the tools. Therefore, I believe that any regulation that does not allow at least 24 hours at the place of work is inadequate, not to say dangerous. I would be pleased if, when writing such decrees, as many arguments as possible were taken into account that not only fulfilled a form, but were in the interests of the citizens. I could write a great deal more about this, and I am prepared to support my proposal with additional arguments if necessary. Finally, I would like to say that I feel safer in an orchard than in a block of flats. I hope that my proposal will get into the right hands and I believe that it will be taken into consideration. I thank you in advance for your cooperation and I greet you very warmly. Yours sincerely, Two-owner LJ
