Dear Sir or Madam, In my opinion and experience, the services of our health system are below the level of an EU country. Any complaint falls on deaf ears, the patient's opinion is irrelevant (a man is only good for paying), nobody believes in a reform that would be good for the people anymore. The ship is sinking deeper and deeper. I therefore propose that the individual who wishes to do so should be offered the option of opting out of the national health insurance. At the same time, the individual signs that he or she no longer expects any services from the state under the public insurance and, as a result, no premiums are charged for either compulsory or supplementary health insurance. If Slovenia is not able to regulate this, then we will have to provide adequate insurance for people across the border.
