The eighth point provides for an exception for a person who has been ordered to receive a health service in the Republic of Slovenia and who crosses the border to return immediately after the service has been provided. If a minor is ordered to receive a health service, his/her guardian may enter under the same conditions if they are travelling together. Residents along the southern border received certain health services in the RH, mostly because paid services in the RH are cheaper and, in some cases, closer. Specifically dental services, which quite a few people receive in the neighbouring country. I propose that to make life easier for people along the southern border, the following point be added to the exceptions of no quarantine and negative PCR or rapid antigen test (HAG): -- A PERSON FROM THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA, BOOKED FOR A MEDICAL SERVICE IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA, WHO RETURNS ACROSS THE BORDER IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SERVICE HAS BEEN PERFORMED. IF A MINOR IS BOOKED FOR A HEALTHCARE SERVICE, HIS/HER GUARDIAN MAY ENTER UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS IF THEY ARE TRAVELLING TOGETHER. The word in the RH can also be replaced by the word in an EU country. LP
