As a citizen, I would like to know why you do not allow citizens to sit for the CPP theory exams when you open up primary schools. I think in smaller groups and even if a negative HAT is required to sit for the theory exam, we would be able to do this smoothly. Can you imagine what an unnecessary crowd there will be when the COVID thing is normalised and you give the green light for their implementation!
