I am writing to you with a request about crossing the border with Croatia. I live in one of the 32 border municipalities and I am not the only one who has the same problem. There are many of us who have property, agricultural land and relatives in neighbouring Croatia and have been unable to reach them for months. Unfortunately, we feel like second-class citizens who are only remembered by the state in the run-up to elections.
I therefore ask you to reinstate the holders of border passes and agricultural stakes back into the exceptions on crossing the border without the Covid-19 test. I do not believe that this can have any significant impact on the worsening of the epidemiological situation in our country.
