Hello A quick question on the latest epidemic measures. I am a self-employed tourist guide and tourist bus driver. With last summer and the improvement in the situation, we finally had dates filled from October until the new year and hopefully we will be able to work. Logically, after the drought of the first half of the year, when we were forced to close our business, we only reopened it before the autumn-winter season, when we hoped it would be at least a little better. In my case, for example, on 1.10.2020. Just a short time after that, you again banned and closed all activities, declared an 'epidemic', and last year and this year we will probably work and earn nothing. But we have already received the first payments for contributions, etc., and I and others like me have dropped out of PKP 5, 6 and 7 (condition to open by 1.9.2020). You have extended the UBI, but not the conditions. So the question is how to pay the costs if we are not allowed and cannot work, we cannot receive the aid (at least the contributions) and other things (the institution etc.) are neither a solution nor a desire for us. As I work as a self-employed guide and bus driver I therefore have absolutely no support from the state in 2020/21 You have extended the UBI measures, introduced measures to cover fixed costs, but you have forgotten about us who opened our s.p. again (closed down because of the epidemic at the beginning of 2020) after 1.9.2020 when there were signs of improvement. So the question is: how will you, and do you even intend to, help small businesses, which still cannot earn an income and still have no state support, and as such are totally discriminated against in relation to the rest of the economy? Thank you for your reply and best regards
