For the new property tax, I propose to give a 90% discount on the taxation of agricultural land that is cultivated compared to that which is not.
This would achieve the minimum:
- reduce overgrowth
- stimulate domestic production
- reduce the number of unemployed
- preserve the value of land for those who actually use it
- increase GDP
