Call on the Government of the Republic of Slovenia to ensure equal opportunities in the organisation of compulsory distance primary education. This means the same number of hours per week per subject and the same duration of these teaching hours in the case of education via videoconferencing. There are significant differences in the organisation of distance education between individual primary schools in Slovenia. The Ministry of Education, Science and Sport should adopt as soon as possible a Decision stipulating that the organisation of distance education is to be carried out in the same way for all primary school pupils. We believe that it is not acceptable to leave the organisation of distance education to individual schools or to set a systemic framework for the number of lessons per week for all primary school pupils equally (including teachers). The proposal of the Education and Counselling Centre School Counselling Centre is: 1/3 of all teaching hours, depending on the subject of each class per week, are delivered by videoconferencing, with the duration of teaching hours for all being EQUAL. 1/3 of the total teaching hours, according to the subject of each class, are planned in the form of independent work. Different forms of active, independent, team and cooperative learning should be encouraged. 1/3 of all teaching hours, according to the class syllabus, should be devoted to social networking between pupils, teachers and parents (online chat rooms, strengthening interpersonal relationships, etc.). It is crucial...that the State ENSURES that all pupils in primary school have the SAME distance education. For the Education and Counselling Centre School Counselling Centre Alen Kofol, prof. def.
