Regarding the draft new building law ( GZ-1) for the regularisation of real estate, I suggest that we make a change in the law, namely that the majority owner ( e.g. 75%) of a property does NOT NEED the CONSENT of the minority co-owner to regularise the property. That the building can be fully legalised by the majority owner, especially if all the necessary documentation is arranged and financed by the majority owner. In many cases so far, it has been proven that minority co-owners do not give their consent to the majority owner for the legalisation, solely for the purpose of mischief or even out of a desire for acquisitiveness.
