If there is a possibility, I suggest that a clear penalty for non-compliance with the anti-corruption measures should be set for Slovenian residents who do not comply with the measures abroad. They deliberately attend parties, and we are supposed to pay for the economic damage? The penalties must also be reversed, empty threats are meaningless. The amount of the fines should be donated to charity or the like. Responsible behaviour should apply to everyone, irrespective of the travel destination. If we have to compile lists of people at home at large gatherings, let the agencies organising parties such as the one at Zrč deliver the lists of people to the NICE or the health inspectorate. People can get sick at any time, and to deliberately go to mass parties is just being objective - at the expense of other taxpayers, who do not even get to see a doctor in the meantime.
