If you inherit a property and sell it, the state also takes 20% of the tax. This is not right, because the tax is supposed to be taken from the earnings of the dealers, NOT from the sale of the inherited property, because the heir has virtually ALREADY been the owner - through his parents, from whom he inherited it, and for more than 20 years, which is the basis for calculating the tax! So now the state is taking money from the honest who have worked for years to get their property. If the heir does not sell because of these unfair taxes, the older properties remain empty for years, which is contrary to the policy of the State, which wants easier access to housing. A lower tax therefore boosts sales and renovations of older properties.
