I propose that the Government take all necessary steps to amend pension legislation to eliminate what I consider to be unconstitutional segregation between recipients of the lowest pensions, disability pensions and social transfers. Namely, recipients of cash social assistance and other social transfers, if they are a single person, receive EUR 402.18 in cash social assistance. Even if they have not worked a day. Meanwhile, some pensioners, for example, with 20 years of service, receive an average pension of 250,00 or a little more. It would be right that those who have been in employment or who have been invalided out of retirement due to various circumstances should also receive a minimum pension equal to the amount of social assistance to which single unemployed persons or beneficiaries are entitled.
