We are the ONLY country that reduced the subsidy BEFORE the purchase of E vehicles started!
I suggest:
- 8000Eur (max 40% MPC) subsidy on the purchase of a new E passenger car. It would apply up to the value of the vehicles e.g. 40000 or 45000, more is treated as a luxury vehicle. This is determined on the average retail price of E Cars in the EU.
- 10000Eur subsidy with simultaneous investment in an E car and solar power plant for charging the E car on a private building.
- An additional €2000 in municipalities that are highly polluted with particulate matter, NOx or smog.
The subsidies are automatically paid by the state to the sellers and the sellers apply automatically by issuing a tax-certified invoice to the E-vehicle, not the buyers. DE-BUREAUCRATISATION!!!
All to be financed by progressively increasing the green tax on fossil fuels, which are proven to destroy lives, while you look the other way to thermal power stations etc....
Only in this way, will we convince people to buy green and above all achieve the goal of a GREEN Slovenia.
