I propose that the individual can choose, in any purchase of goods (bread, petrol, etc.), whether to pay tax, stamp duty, etc. on the price. or pay the price without tax, fees.
This would, of course, decide whether he supports the state (as it is) or not.
P.s. The State more than obviously does not care about its citizens, so citizens should not care about it.
