PROPOSAL:
The government should immediately stop the abuse of citizens by the chaos called "real estate inventory"!
REASON:
The census was carried out by paid experts, who have created an exemplary Balkan mess, unprecedented in the history of Slovenia since it has been called that - regardless of nationality. The paid professionals have "messed up" professionally and should be held accountable for it.
Ordinary citizens do NOT pay for these kinds of favours to the state, and this property valuation in particular is not in our interest, as it will be the basis for a new tax (which - I mention in passing - has long since been cancelled in Austria)... a tax burden on the taxes of all kinds (purchase, construction, paperwork, permit fees) we already pay anyway, to get to these overwhelmingly out-of-mouth properties in the first place in the first place. Of course, it should be specifically REMEMBERED that we will thus be paying tax on things already taxed - i.e. tax on tax already paid, which, as far as I am aware of the law, is forbidden (double taxation) and even duly regulated by interstate treaties to avoid double taxation.
Anyway - I demand from the government that the mess it has created with the phenomenal real estate inventory be sorted out by itself as it knows how to do, because the profits from this inventory (taxes) will ultimately go to the salaries of state and municipal employees, and the citizens will lose out anyway - as always in this subalpine corner of the world. Just look at our shitty motorways, which have the reputation of being the most expensive in the EU - one would go mad thinking about such things.
