A government decree (the Crown virus) restricts our movement to the municipalities of residence. I believe that all of us who have registered motor vehicles are being harmed by this and are entitled to a refund of part of the toll, insurance and vignettes.
I propose that, in order to restrict movement and thus the non-use of motor vehicles, an appropriate proportion of the annual motor vehicle tax be refunded for each registered vehicle.
