As regards the basic income for corona relief, I find the law discriminatory Article 37 (reimbursement of monthly basic income) for s.p. Self-employed workers are eligible for the aid if their income falls by more than 20% in the first half of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019 and if they do not achieve more than 20% growth in income in the second half of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019. If this condition of the aid is not met, the beneficiary must repay the aid in full. In the first half of 2019, I had such a very low turnover because all my business "fell into the water" that this January and February have already exceeded the entire first half of 2019. But now that I have a higher income in January 2020 and February 2020 than I had in the first summer of 2019, which was a revenue disaster for me last year, I should have to repay the basic income according to this second criterion. I am probably not the only SME who suffers the same fate of not being entitled to basic income because of the 2019 comparison criterion.
