It is clear that once the coronavirus crisis is over, the country will be heavily indebted, many businesses will collapse and there will be a large number of unemployed and welfare recipients. Although I foresee very little support for the proposal at a time when many are looking exclusively for opportunities and ways to exploit state aid as much as possible, unknowingly cutting the branch on which they are sitting in the hope that there will be someone in government who will listen, I propose: Following the example of the Bad Bank, set up a company called Bad Employment, which would include all social assistance recipients, the unemployed and the disabled. This company should have the purpose of teaching all recipients that these benefits must be provided by someone through hard work in sometimes very difficult conditions. The recipients should do something for this money. The company Bad Jobs should create a system of incentives and deductions in line with the inclusion of individuals. It should also set up a labour supply and demand information system. I would include smoking and other harmful habits that put a strain on the health system among the possible deductions. The aim should be to train individuals to work independently or with another employer. In principle, social and unemployment assistance would have to be cut initially for the company to function, although I suppose we could integrate many of them into the structure of the company and thus reduce costs. I believe that it is possible to train 80% of people for any kind of work in a certain amount of time and with the right tools. In the desire to make this country happy, beautiful, prosperous and rich with the help of positive individuals, I welcome all of you.
