I would like to ask what is the situation with the s.p.s. that started to operate on 1.1.2020. I was operating normally in January, February and until 10 March, then all the projects by SURS, NIJZ, FDV were stopped, I work in the state statistics, my work is exclusively related to the field. I cannot close the S.P. because I am bound by annual contracts and I have to be operational on the day the contractors send us to the field. I meet the criteria of Articles 34 and 35 of the Law, but I am excluded from the aid and the write-off of contributions under Article 37. It looks extremely discriminatory, as I cannot actually do the work as ordered by the government, (in April it means 100% loss of income, in March it is about 50% loss of income) but I am only entitled to deferment (not write-off) of contributions and not even to assistance, because I do not satisfy Article 37 of this law. Before opening the S.P., I was a regular part-time employee since December 2017. In this case, it is impossible to link my income from the second half of the year to anything in 2019. So where are the S.P.s who did not operate for the whole of last financial year and those who started this year? At the beginning of the year, when I opened my p.p., there was no sign of what was going to happen to us, so opening a p.p.-not by chance-is not linked to exploitation, nor did I receive any state funding when I opened it.
