As we know, roadworthiness tests are closed until further notice, making it impossible to register new vehicles, or to transfer and de-register old vehicles. This has brought the automotive sector to a complete standstill. I propose that the decision be amended to allow the registration of all vehicles that do not need to pass a roadworthiness test or that still have a valid roadworthiness test. This procedure can then be carried out by the administrative unit on duty. In this way, the sale and delivery of new vehicles to customers (and also second-hand vehicles if they still have a valid roadworthiness test) will be freed up to some extent. In this way, invoices will start to be issued again, where the amounts are quite high and, consequently, so is the VAT....
