In the measures taken on the point of the deletion of contributions and the payment of advance taxes, I perceive massive discrimination, because the group of persons "afternoon s.p." is excluded. Contributions are contributions, and I call on the Government to prepare and publish a correction or amendment without delay. Just like the self-employed, we 'afternoon s.p.s' are also 'on hold' and there will be no 100% personal income, and there is no work through s.p.s at the moment, so why do I have to pay the contributions and the rest of us do not? Here is the answer, which they have published on www.spiritslovenia.si/covid-furs A: On the basis of the Act on Intervention Measures in the Field of Wages and Contributions (ZIUPPP), which is scheduled to enter into force on 28 March 2020, paragraph 1 of Article 12. Article 1(1) of the Act on the deferral of contributions, a self-employed person who, on the date of entry into force of this Act, is engaged in any gainful or other permitted activity, irrespective of the legal organisational form of the activity, is eligible for deferral of contributions, provided that he/she is covered by compulsory insurance on the basis of the pursuit of that activity and does not also meet the conditions for compulsory coverage by compulsory insurance on any other insurance basis and does not have any employees. This means that you are already insured on another insurance basis as an after-hours sole trader and are therefore not a beneficiary under the provisions of this Law. As I consider this part of the measure to be discriminatory, I call on the Government to really sort this out immediately.
